Wiraditma supports Climateworks Centre’s research into the role ocean-based mitigation can play in meeting climate goals. He works to inform decision-makers while building and maintaining partnerships and networks with governments and other stakeholders. 

Wiraditma came to Climateworks from a role as Environment Officer at the ASEAN Secretariat, where he worked on nature conservation and biodiversity, sustainable peatland management and transboundary haze pollution mitigation in Southeast Asia. Previously, he was a research consultant at the World Resources Institute Indonesia.. 

Wiraditma has a Master of Environmental Management and Development from the Australian National University and a Bachelor of International Relations from Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia.
