Ella helps shape Climateworks Centre’s external voice and impact. She works with the wider communications team to deliver compelling communications that bridge our knowledge and grow audiences across the region in line with our strategic goals.

Ella works at the intersection of science, research and communications to translate and deliver climate information to where it’s needed most. Prior to joining Climateworks, Ella worked at the SPHERE Centre of Research Excellence as the Senior Policy and Impact Officer, and at Monash University’s Climate Change Communication Research Centre as Operations Manager.

Ella holds a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of International Relations.
