Aleksandra leads the operations function at Climateworks working across business operations, governance, HR, facilities, administrative operations and other support functions. She is responsible for ensuring the engine of the organisation works powerfully, smoothly and responsively. With a people-focused approach to continuous improvement, she enables the organisation to amplify impact and make big change possible.

With more than a decade of leadership-level experience, Aleksandra brings expertise spanning the not-for-profit, social enterprise and commercial sectors. Her career has focused on building organisation and financial stability while delivering social and environmental impact outcomes through innovative, sustainable and ethical business practices.

She was previously Chief Operating Officer at Aotearoa New Zealand’s leading impact development organisation, The Ākina Foundation. Previously, she was Chief Operating Office at the award-winning not-for-profit  social enterprise The Social Studio. 

Aleksandra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy from Monash University, and is a Non-Executive Director at The Social Studio.
