Project Manager
Abi focuses on stakeholder engagement and policy coordination for Climateworks Centre’s work on Indonesia’s energy transition. He manages projects that convene government, industry, and development partners to advance industrial decarbonisation and support evidence-based discussions on energy transition pathways. His work includes facilitating strategic dialogues, coordinating expert inputs, and supporting analysis to inform decision-making on low-carbon development.
Prior to joining Climateworks, Abi worked on energy planning and policy development at the United States Agency for International Development’s Sustainable Energy for Indonesia’s Advancing Resilience program, researched sustainable bioenergy at Coaction Indonesia, and supported the Ministerial Taskforce to Accelerate Development of Renewable Energy in Indonesia.
He holds a Master of Energy from the University of Auckland and a Bachelor of Petroleum Engineering from Trisakti University.
