Etwin leads Climateworks Centre’s Southeast Asia Framework for Ocean Action in Mitigation (SEAFOAM) program. She works with stakeholders to develop pathways for Indonesia to include marine nature-based solutions in its climate commitments. Having previously worked with the United Nations Environment Programme, the Food and Agriculture Organisation, Wetlands International, and the ASEAN Secretariat, Etwin brings extensive expertise in policy, fisheries, integrated coastal management, and ecosystem-based management, alongside strong experience in project design, implementation and evaluation.

Brurce Mecca
PhD Candidate, Monash University

Brurce Mecca is a PhD student at Monash University Indonesia and co-founder of Lestari Advisors, a mission-oriented advisory firm focused on sustainable finance. He has extensive experience working with decision-makers across government agencies, state-owned enterprises, financial institutions, and private-sector firms in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Having previously worked with Climateworks Centre and Climate Policy Initiative, Brurce brings deep expertise in climate governance, green industrial policy, and sustainable finance.

Trang leads climate initiatives at Climateworks, drawing on experience from the Victorian government and six years with the UK government, where she worked on energy transition, green finance and climate strategy across Southeast Asia. She is also a non-executive director at Asian Australians for Climate Solutions. Trang has held roles at KPMG, ANZ and GIZ. She holds a Master’s in Banking and Finance from the University of Nottingham and completed executive education at Harvard Kennedy School.
